Coffee's origins date back to the 15th century, inspired by the curious antics of dancing goats. The timeline for the discovery of alcohol is more elusive, with evidence of beer prescriptions by ancient Sumerian doctors as far back as 2011 B.C.

These two worlds converged in Ethiopia when adventurous souls harnessed the caffeine-rich berries consumed by their spirited goats. This experiment gave rise to a brew known as fermented coffee-berry pulp, a delightful elixir often referred to as coffee wine. The rest, as they say, is history.

In this glorious history, countless recipes have emerged, each a celebration of the harmonious union of coffee and spirits. Among them, we proudly present our rendition of Frozen Irish Coffee, featuring StayZenned's irresistible Irish Zen Coffee Ritual.

Our Irish Zen Coffee Ritual combines these two worlds, resulting in a brew that not only awakens your senses but also nurtures your soul.


  • 2 Cups of StayZenned Mushroom Coffee Fusion - Lion’s Mane & Chaga
  • 5 Cups sweetened cream
  • 3oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1 bar chocolate, melted
  • A pinch of cinnamon for garnish


  1. Brew Coffee: Brew our Mushroom Coffee Fusion according to your preference. Take a moment to inhale the invigorating aroma as it brews.

  2. Freeze Coffee and Sweet Cream: Once coffee is sufficiently cool, add into ice tray mold and freeze. Repeat process with sweetened cream.

  3. Whip Sweetened Cream: While coffee is freezing, whip remaining sweetened cream. Set aside.

  4. Add to Blender: Take four of the frozen coffee cubs and place in blender, along with 1.5oz whiskey and blend until foamy.

  5. Add Remaining Ingredients: Add two cubes of frozen sweet cream, along with 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate, and blend.
